The adoption of UNI EN ISO 14001:2004 and BS OHSAS 18001:2007 has been a strategic choice of the Top Management for increasing effectiveness and efficiency of its Integrated Management System - Environment and Safety. The methodology known as PIIP [Plan-Implement-Inspect-Perform] (plan, implement, inspect, perform) this methodology PIIP can be briefly described as follows

  • PLAN: establish the objectives and processes necessary to deliver results in accordance with the organization's environmental policy.
  • IMPLEMENT: implement the processes.
  • INSPECT: monitor and measure processes against environmental policy, objectives and targets, the legal requirements and other requirements, and report the results.
  • PERFORM: take actions to continually improve the performance of the environmental management system.
